The quality of clothes and other items that are sold are very good. Price fluctuates frequently. Watch out for sale prices. If you have their credit card you may get more coupons. Clothes, shoes, purses, colognes, toys and many more times are sold here. They also have Amazon Return. You can return any items bought through amazon here. No packing needed. Special parking spots for online pickup and amazon returns.

Bad pricing games they play here. You use their machine that checks the price, and when you go to check out the price comes up higher. Told by the store that the store can make up whatever price they want. I even went to show them on my phone that their website states the price and they said they are a different entity and do not have to use that price. Then the lady rang up the purchase anyways while I was questioning it, so I had to go to customer service to return the items. Customer Service had a very long line. Go figure this store sucks. False advertising, avoid this location. Better location with better workers at the location in Glenview IL off Willow Rd. Forget this location unless you want to be ripped off at the checkout.

Always great deals. My opinion is biased at this moment, but even before I was employed here I would shop at Kohl's. Very competitive prices and friendly associates. Don't always judge a store strictly by its employees, the majority of stores have 1 or 2 that are difficult to deal with or are rude.

I was returning an item I bought on Amazon. I was able to choose the ability of returning the item at a nearby Kohls. I got to Kohl's and at the customer service area there were 2 lines indicated, one exclusively for Kohl's customers andone for Amazon customers. But, we were told to form one line. There were only 2 persons in the customer service area. Both were very nice, but you could see they were understaffed and working very hard. One person in line commented that they "are always slow." Well, finally it was my turn, but there was only one Q scanner that they shared among the, now 3 customer service workers, and my worker only did pick up orders, not returns. So, back in line I got and waited for a return person and the scanner. Wonder if Amazon knows they could use more scanners and more help?

Honestly one of the worst services I've had. I came to exchange an item and they told me that if I bought it online, the only way to exchange it is online. Yet when you go on their website they state that the easiest way to return or exchange an item is in the store. The staff are super rude and unhelpful. I asked one staff for directions to the restroom and she stared me up and down and said "upstairs" in a very rude tone as if I was interrupting her doing something very important (she was chatting with a coworker). 😒

Very dissatisfied with this Kohl's. We waited over 30 minutes in line yesterday and when we finally got to the register we were told their system wasn't working right and to just keep trying my card until it worked. After 3 times of trying my debit the person on the register said sorry theres nothing they can do and I would just have to leave without any of my things. When I asked if there was another register we could try she said one was working good but I would have to go back in line and wait to try with a different register. How on Earth does that make any sense?
